The MTP AT-8 optical tach is very accurate; it has an extremely compact design for easy carrying around into technician’s pocket or to ensure convenient handheld speed or rotation measurements. 

Simple to use with single button operation the MTP AT-8 is ready to get the job done. Used as non-contact digital tachometer just aim the precision laser beam to the rotating target and take RPM measurements. The values of measurements will be shown instantly on a large and easy to read LCD display.

Thanks to its screw-in contact adapter the MTP AT-8 tachometer gauge is ready for contact operation. You can measure Rotation Speed with contact (RPM), Total Revolutions (REV) or surface Speed, and Length in a wide variety of units.

The MTP AT-8 Digital Tach comes with an internal memory. During measurements can stores statistics such MAX/ MIN value and calculates the Average.
