Analog Shore A/C/D Durometers

Handheld durometers are used to measure the hardness of rubber and plastic samples. These durometers that can also be used with the SLX hardness test stand to eliminate the speed and weight variables in hardness measurement. The SLX hardness test stand is the ideal tool for repetitive or lab-type testing for users who must test either very large specimens, or test in a number of different durometer scales.

Shore A durometer, designed for testing various rubber, elastomers and plastic products. Simple to use, easy reading, easy operation, high resolution, available in GB/T531-1999 and ISO 7619.

Shore C durometer designed for testing the hardness of various foam, sponge and so on. Simple to use, easy reading, easy operation, high resolution, available in HG/T2489-93.

Shore D durometer is designed for testing the hardness of various hard rubber, colophony, Glass, printed board, fiber, and so on. Simple to use, easy reading, easy operation, high resolution, available in GB/T 531-1999

Need to have this new Shimana SHWSDR029/30/31 Series Analog Shore A/C/D Durometers calibrated? While this gauge has passed a quality control check, having a calibration certificate for durometers might be required by your quality control system. Our Brampton, Ontario based calibration lab has one of the most comprehensive ISO 17025 accredited calibration scope in Canada.

Do you have an old Shimana gauge to be calibrated? We might be able to calibrate Shimana durometers (Shimana SHWSDR029/30/31 Series or a different model) and provide an ISO, NIST traceable calibration certificate. Please contact our metrology lab for more info.
