Fluke 1577 meets the application needs for output test voltage and other functions. HVAC service technicians not only test certain voltages or evaluate components performing capacitor checks, temperature measurements for failed or troubleshooting but also commonly test for insulation versatility. For this reason they prefer a test tool that combines all of these functions into one of the same piece of equipment.
Because the current leaks through deteriorated insulation, the Fluke 1577 insulation resistance tester will indicate leakage current and provide the information to calculate the amount of contamination in the insulation, for industrial environments.

Need to have this new Fluke 1577 Insulation Multimeter calibrated? While this gauge has passed a quality control check, having a calibration certificate for digital multimeters might be required by your quality control system. Digital Measurement Metrology (owner of ProcessInstruments.ca) is a canadian metrology company with more than 25 years of experience. Our Brampton, Ontario based calibration lab has one of the most comprehensive ISO 17025 accredited calibration scope in Canada.
